Nicolas is passionate about nutrition, healthy lifestyle and sustainable consumption. He worked for over 10 years in nursing and has received a MSc in Nutrition and Food Science from University of Bonn.
He used this mix of medical and scientific backgrounds to start as a freelance business consultant in nutrition & health communication as well as nutritional & mental coach. His experiences range from assignments in the nutritional supplement & health industry, for FMCG companies, to leadership and sales trainings as well as to speaking and life cooking events.
Nicolas loves to transform complex contexts from nutritional science into easily understandable and authentic language for everyone. He is absolutely convinced that innovative & personalized nutrition is the major driver of longevity and a happy healthy ageing.
Nicolas enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, is committed to sustainable eating, runs a little oat business, cultivates a vineyard with friends and loves to travel.
